- When wearing ribbons, Auxiliarists may wear either all ribbons authorized, their three senior ribbons, or their choice of nine of their authorized ribbons.
- Auxiliarists may wear prescribed prior or current military service insignia earned while serving with a U.S. military service on their Auxiliary uniform. Only metal versions of such may be worn and only upon appropriate authorized uniforms and may only be worn on the left side of the uniform. The right side is reserved for Auxiliary devices and name tags.
