To Qualify for Program Visitor, you just need to do three things:
- BQ Status
- Pass the MDV Exam at the National Testing Center
- Perform two program visits under a qualified Program Visitor
Here are the steps to take the exam:
1) Open and review the Program Visitor Manual https://wow.uscgaux.info/Uploads_wowII/V-DEPT/RBSVP_Manual_COMDTINST_16796.3D_2020_DEC_09.pdf
2) Log into the National Testing Center. This is where a vast majority of your tests are for qualifications and you should become familiar with accessing this site.

4) Pass the open book exam. It will automatically sycn with AuxData2 within about a week. In the meantime, preform two PVs under a qualified PV and then ask FC or Cliff to submit a helpdesk ticket to add the competency
