Flotilla 3-15 was invited by the Black Jack Fire Protection District to its Health and Safety Fair Saturday, May 24, at the North County Recreation Complex. Pictured from the left are Jeff Angus, (Flotilla 3-15), Andrew Waldholtz (Flotilla 3-16), Carl Livingston (Flotilla 3-16) and Michael Adelstein who was visiting from Flotilla 3-9 in Dania Beach, Florida. The Flotilla put up a PA booth promoting recreational boating safety and water safety.
Members of Dist. 8WR and Div. 3 attend Sector Upper Change of Watch
On June 13, 2025, the United States Coast Guard held a Change of Watch ceremony for Sector Upper Mississippi River, marking the end of CAPT Andrew Bender’s tenure as Sector Commander. CAPT Bender officially passed command to CAPT Brandy Parker, who now assumes leadership of Sector Upper. Pictured above, from the left, in back, CAPT.
