Your Flotilla 6-11 membership dues payment is due no later than October 15, each year. The current 6-11 membership dues amount is $70.00 USD.  Members may pay their annual membership dues by either check, money order, credit card or cash as follows:

Payments by check or money order:

Amount Due: $70.00 USD

Payable to: U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla 6-11

Mail to: Felix Montes, FSO-FN, 3087 N.W. 103rd Street, Miami, FL 33147-1662

Payments by credit card (on-line):

Amount Due: $70.00 USD

Service Charge: $2.00 per membership (applied by card merchant)

Payments by cash:

Amount Due: $70.00 USD
