Welcome to the Public Affairs Department 

Public Affairs team works to provide the district, divisions and flotillas with professional tools to ensure they are successfully able to promote the Auxiliary and our programs. Public Affairs Officers builds, reinforces and promotes the Coast Guard Auxiliary by initiating and maintaining ongoing relationships with the US Coast Guard, Auxiliarists and the general public. To do this we interact with every department of the Auxiliary promoting their efforts and accomplishments on both an internal and external level.

Our mission is to promote the development and enhancement of public understanding of the Auxiliary. In addition we focus on elevating public level of appreciation for the Auxiliary and its programs. If you need help in publicizing or organizing your event, let us know.
