The Connecticut River Gateway Flotilla's public outreach programs in the Lower Connecticut River Valley aim to engage and educate the local community about Recreational Boating Safety and the unique and diverse ecosystems that the river valley encompasses. These programs offer a range of activities and events designed to foster Safe Boating and environmental awareness.
