While Station Organizational Resource Manual (SORM) Training is required annually for all members, The Navigation (NAV) component is also required twice per year for elected officers and operations program members.
It is critical to complete your first NAV session and SORM as early as possible in the calendar year to remain compliant.
Flotilla leadership is authorized to facilitate SORM training sessions. The NAV component is normally facilitated by the FSO-OP and the AUXPAD content may be provided by SO-AUXPAD.
