The National Association of Commodores administers the Trident Leadership Awards for Auxiliary district performance. Every year, we examine documented workload contributions for each of these three categories for the most recent full calendar year. Computations for each Auxiliary district's documented workloads are weighed in relation to membership size, yielding a "pound-for-pound" comparison.
