MISSION STATEMENT

The staff officer at every level is the most critical component of the Auxiliary chain of leadership.  Through their tireless efforts, dedication, devotion to duty and experience these leaders engage with, motivate and support our members while driving the focus on our core missions and values.

Supporting our current leaders and developing the leaders of tomorrow is the primary focus of the Staff Officers College.

Our mission is to train, educate, update and prepare our current and future leaders for the ever changing focus and mission of the Coast Guard Auxiliary through conversation, shared experience, in-depth discussion and ongoing support through continuous training opportunities and fellowship

All current staff officers and all those looking to seek a position in one of our exciting mission areas is welcome to participate in this interactive and informative series of classes.
