Submit requirements below for Personnel Security Investigations (PSI)
Submit the following documents to Office of the Director of the Auxiliary
- ANSC 7001 Enrollment Application
- Consent to Membership
- PSI Package Checklist
- Per Checklist, attach:
- New Member Course Exam Answer Sheet
- Photo if requesting ID Card
- Boating safety course completion certificate for requesting Basic Qualification (BQ)
- Status if planning to become qualified in operations, or BQ may be achieved later
