Guidelines for Lucky Bag – Located at Sector Houston-Galveston

All donations and pickups will be at Division 6 Lucky Bag. You will need to make arrangements with me directly. My contact information is in Aux Directory and the signature box of any email you receive from me.

Donations:

-If you wish to donate, that’s great! You must let me know via email at least 24 hours prior to arriving at Sector with your donations. This will allow me to budget my time.

-Current Uniform Pieces only, including covers and shoes/boots.

-Uniform pieces must be serviceable and clean/laundered when donated. Be sure to empty all pockets. (No longer serviceable means no holes, tears, faded, stains, etc.).

-On uniforms pieces with name tapes, please remove only the tape with the last name (Aux tape can be left on)

-Please only donate actual uniform pieces.

-The Lucky Bag will be available to take donations during 081-06-12 meetings and during DIV6 meetings.  Please let me know before Flotilla/Division Meetings if you plan to drop off items so I can plan accordingly.  Other times can be arranged with me directly.  My contact information is AUX Directory and in my signature block.

-There is NO drop box for the DIV6 Lucky Bag.

-Do NOT leave boxes/bags/etc. outside the lockers at Sector.  

Pick Up Items:

-ALL items are FREE

-The Lucky Bag will be available for use during 081-06-12 meetings and during DIV6 meetings.  (If you are not in 6-12, please let me know if you plan to stop by so I can plan accordingly.)  However, other times can be arranged with me directly.  My contact information is AUX Directory and in my signature block.

-To ensure that members receive the correct uniform pieces, they will only be given to the member requesting the Lucky Bag items.
