Membership-- Who may become a member of the USCG Auxiliary? Anyone who is a U.S. citizen, is at least 17 years of age, and who has no criminal record.
There are no age limits or standard physical requirements necessary to join the Auxiliary. No matter how old you are, or whatever your physical abilities or challenges may be, there are lots of areas where you can train, learn, and qualify to help boaters in your community, support the Coast Guard, and serve the Nation.
