The Instructor Development Course 2025 (ID2025) has been designed to update ID2020, incorporating lessons learned over the past five years and newly updated material. This course strongly emphasizes the development and use of lesson plans, highlighting their positive impact on class presentations. To better align with practical teaching needs, the course minimizes the focus on memorization of theoretical terms.

Recognizing the importance of effective teaching strategies, ID2025 includes an entire chapter dedicated to adult learning principles, reflecting the primary focus of our teaching efforts in both public education and member training programs.

Certified instructors are highly encouraged to refresh their skills by completing this updated course. Your feedback is invaluable, and we welcome comments, corrections, and suggestions at the PE Feedback account: [email protected].

Take advantage of this opportunity to enhance your instructional techniques and continue making a meaningful impact through education!
