Welcome to the Human Resources Department for District 1 Southern Region (D1SR). This website was designed primarily to assist Flotilla Commanders and Human Resources Staff Officers with the various procedures and documents associated with their position. The emphasis is on District 1 South-specific information. As a result, this information may not be relevant to other Districts.  The type of information provided includes who to contact; enrollment procedure; changes in member’s status; recruiting; resources for flotilla officers, current members and new members; and much more. The District HR team is prepared to assist each level of the First Southern Region Auxiliary.
