Attention, all instructors! The Education Directorate has just made a groundbreaking announcement that is sure to make your year! They have just created not one but TWO additional award certificates to recognize your hard work and dedication to teaching.

You heard that right - TWO brand new certificates that acknowledge the sheer number of instruction hours that these superhuman instructors have logged in a single year. The current Auxiliary Annual PE Service Performance ribbon recognizes those who have completed 30 hours of instruction. But we all know that there are some instructors out there who go way beyond that mark. Those instructors will be rewarded with the prestigious E-Directorate Golden Key Award for any combination of 50 lead hours of Public Education and/or Member Training instruction!

But wait, there's more! For those truly exceptional instructors who have gone the extra mile, there's the illustrious E-Directorate Lighthouse Award. This award is reserved for instructors who have put in an incredible combination of 100 PE and/or MT lead hours. That's right, you heard correctly, ONE HUNDRED HOURS! It's an achievement that shines like a beacon in the night, guiding others toward excellence.

So, if you're an instructor who's been working tirelessly, pushing yourself to new heights, then these awards are for you. These awards let the world know that you're a true superstar in the field of teaching and that your dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed. Logistics for awarding certificates:

  • Tracking of lead hours will be through AuxData II records.
  • AuxData hours will be examined twice yearly, on June 30 and December 31.
  • The E-Directorate will prepare the Certificate for distribution, signed by the Director of the E-Directorate.
  • Certificates will be electronically delivered through the Chain of Leadership and Management to the Flotilla Commander for printing and presentation.

We are grateful to all our instructors for their dedication and hard work. These new awards are a small way to show our appreciation for all that they do. We are excited to honor these outstanding instructors with these new awards. They are a testament to the quality of our education program and the dedication of our instructors.
