We are proud to announce that Flotilla 23-03 was a recipient of the National Commodore's (NACO) 3 Star Award for Diversity for 2018. The award was presented to District 5SR District Commodore Michelle Thornton at the Auxiliary National Convention in Orlando, Fl in August 2019.
