Welcome to the Flotilla Meeting Gallery! This space highlights moments from our monthly meetings—a time dedicated to conducting flotilla business and fostering fellowship among members. These gatherings are vital to our mission, offering opportunities to collaborate, celebrate achievements, and strengthen our bonds as a team.
Meeting Details:
- Location: USCG Air Station Miami, Albatros Room.
- When: First Thursday of every month.
Starting in 2025, our meetings are structured into three stages:
- Fellowship (6 PM – 7 PM): A time to connect with fellow members while enjoying food and a celebratory birthday cake for those with birthdays that month.
- Flotilla Business (7 PM – 8 PM): The formal meeting to discuss flotilla updates, reports, and key topics.
- Training (8 PM – 9 PM): A session offering valuable training, including workshops, PQS reviews, and other topics to enhance member skills and qualifications.

Monthly Training Sessions Schedule

As part of our ongoing effort to engage and involve Flotilla 69 members, we are excited to announce monthly training sessions held immediately after our regular flotilla meetings. These in-person sessions will take place from 8 PM to 9 PM at the USCG Air Station Miami, Albatros Room.
Each month, we will cover a variety of topics designed to enhance member skills and knowledge, such as program PQS reviews, annual workshops, and other valuable training opportunities.
Please note: These trainings are offered in-person only, and no Zoom link will be provided. We encourage all interested members to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to grow and strengthen our flotilla’s capabilities.
