Flotilla Commander (FC)

Patrick Riley is our Flotilla Commander. In addition to his current leadership role, Patrick has been a past Division 7 Commander and past Flotilla Commander of 07-02 as well as he serves as the Division SO-HR officer.

Vice Flotilla Commander (VFC)

Charles Nemeth is our present Vice Flotilla Commander and began in the Auxiliary back in July of 2019. Chuck has been recently busy with developing the new Auxiliary detachment effort at Franciscan University in Steubenville where he is a Professor and Program Director. The Auxiliary University Program provides a continuous resource of well trained officer candidates that can develop into career officers for the United States Coast Guard or similar service agency.
