Monthly Staff Reporting Made Simple

One way to do this is make a Group in your Contacts list for each FSO monthly report type. This would "remember" the ‘reporting to' persons & email addresses. Then simply go to your Contacts list at the end of the month and select the saved contact group for that particular FSO-xx report. It would have it already to go, so just add that months report as an attachment.
