Creating and Uploading FC and SO Reports

Creating the report

Create a report in either pdf, doc or docx format. PDF is preferred.

Report template you can download and use.

For the FC:
The filename for your report should be 2019_mm_FCxx.pdf
where mm is the month from 01 through 12.
where xx is your flotilla number, from 01 through 10.

For example, the January FC report for Flotilla 1-10 would be saved as 2019_01_FC10.pdf

For the SO:
The filename for your report should be 2019_mm_SOxx.pdf
where mm is the month from 01 through 12.
where xx is your 2-letter staff position.

For example, the July NS report would be saved as 2019_07_SONS.pdf

Uploading the report

At the top of the page you see a link to "Upload Reports".

Click on that, then use the password issued to you by SO-CS to get in.

Follow the instructions to upload your report.
