Doug Savage, (Duties)

     The Staff Officer for Communications (CM) for the Flotilla. As such, I am responsible for and supervise all matters pertaining to flotilla communications, and keep members informed of all developments in this area. We are responsible for performing radio watch whenever we have one of our facilities out on patrol and I am responsible for assigning qualified radio people to these watches.
