The Coast Guard Auxiliary formally appoints Staff Officers (FSO’s) to be in charge of various Flotilla functions (Finance, HR, Boat Ops, :Training, Vessel Exams, Diversity, etc.)
Flotilla 10-05 has also made the decision to form Committees to emphasize greater member collaboration and collective decision making. These Committee Members will be able to work informally together to pool their insights and expertise in a advisory role on behalf of the Flotilla.
