AUXDATA II IS HERE!

AUXDATA has now transitioned to AUXDATA II.  All previous functions such as AUXDIR, AUXDATA, Order Management, and Time Reporting have transitioned to AUXDATA II.  Click here to access AUXDATA II.

First Time Logging Into AUXDATA II(AD2)?

Every Auxiliary member has/will recieve(d) an AUXDATA II Activation email.  In this email you will be provided instructions on haw to activate your account.  

You can also find these instructions on the National Website under AUXDATA II -> Account Activation, then click on the "For members who have not previously used AUXDATA II, click here." link for details.

 

Forgotten your AD2 Login/Password?

If you've forgotten your login or password, no problem....

  • Go to the login page and select "Forgot Your Login?"
  • Enter you your login account.  Your login will be "<Your Member ID>@uscg.aux".
  • You will then be sent an email with a password reset link.  Click the link and follow the instructions.

 

Two Step Authentication Process

Logging into AD2 requires a Two Step Authentication process which requires you to enter an authentication code after providing your password.  There are two options for this process:

  1. Email Authentication: Choosing this option you will be sent an email with an authentication code.  Once received enter the code and you'll be logged in.

     

  2. Mobile Authenticator: This option requires you to have the Salesforce Authenticator app on a mobile device which will provide you with a one-time authentication code which refreshes every minute.  To download, install, and configure the SalesForce Mobile Authenticator App see slides 12-17 of the AUXDATA II -> Account Activation guide.

  Updating Your Personal Data (C.V.)

Maintaining your CV and personal data no longer require you to download the 7028 and email it for submission.  All CV updates are now done in AUXDATA II via your Details & Skills and Availability pages/

Please Note:  Any field that does not display a "pencil" icon when hovered over it is not editable by you, I.E. changing your name.   Only the DIRAUX office can do that. The same applies to other fields that do not have the pencil icon. Only the DIRAUX office can make changes to these fields, so if one of these fields needs to be updated, notify your DIRAUX office via the proper Chain of Leadership starting with your FSO-IS
