The 2024 Annual Required Workshops have been released.

Please click on each one to gain access to the workshop:

  •  Note that the PV workshop for 2024 will be the workshop from 2023.

We have scheduled a lot of our live division training sessions (and some online ones). The AUXCOM Course (which leads to TCO and Watchstander certification), TCT/RM workshops, VE/PV workshop, and Surface Operations Workshops are scheduled and available for signup at this link:

2024 Division 6 Member Training Registration

It is important that mandatory workshops must be completed before June 30 or the member will be placed in REWK for not complaint the workshop for which they hold qualification. Members only have to complete the workshop for the qualification they are qualified.

Submit IT & VE self attestation forms to the FSO-IS for entry into AUXDATA

Please remember to take a screenshot of any completed course in case the record is lost.

Important Note:

The Intro to Risk Management is a required course for many programs, such as VE and PV, and for being an officer (all elected and some appointed positions). It must be taken before TCT/RM refresher. It can be at the Online Classroom through the Auxiliary Learning Portal:  https://auxlearning.uscg.mil/Default.asp

Information on the TCT/RM Refresher will be sent out separately.

Culinary Assistance Program (AUXCA)

AUXCA National just posted additional on-line classes through July 2024.  These classes, in addition to supervised cooking in a USCG galley and other admin requirements, will lead to certification as an AUXCA. Before members sign up, they should contact Jack Whalen, SO-CA, for a brief telephonic interview to go over AUXCA Program requirements and expectations.   Members interested in pursuing AUXCA qualification should understand that the program requires a significant time commitment.  The expectation is that AUXCAs will help cook in USCG galleys on a consistent basis.
