Reports and Tools:

Election Eligibility Reports: An Excel report, with a separate tab for each district. In flotilla order, it shows all members, and their eligibility for election to flotilla or division level office. If not eligible, it explains why. Produced monthly from January to August, then weekly from September to December.

Core Training Reports: An Excel report, with a separate tab for each district. In flotilla order, it shows all members, their status (AP, IQ, BP, AX), the dates they took each of the 6 Core Training courses, whether or not they are required to have BQC-II, and their status for each of the 7 BQC-II modules.

For the five C.G. Core Training courses that are repeatable every five years, the report shows the year it was last taken, and codes the cell yellow if it must be re-taken before Dec. 31, or red if never taken, or expired in a prior year.  Produced monthly from January to August, then weekly from September to December.

ITRM Status: Shows all members in all districts (with each district on a separate tab), showing whether or not they have completed ITRM (Introduction to Risk Management).

RM-TCT Status: Shows all personnel who must take the renewable workshop by virtue of currently held certifications.

LUCI (Local Unit Charted Information): This Excel-based application provides data visualization at both the division and the flotilla levels. There are five key performance indicators tracked by month, and by year. These indicators are presented in graphical format. LUCI allows users to select any two units to view and compare. Monthly updates of the LUCI files are available for download here on the M web site for those with Coast Guard Auxiliary login credentials.

District Trends Reports: Provide data visualization at the national and district levels, enabling decision-makers to easily view and interpret positive and adverse trends. Sixteen district reports and one national report are produced quarterly. These reports are available for download from this website, restricted to NEXCOM officers and district bridges.

Flotilla Analysis: Allows year-by-year comparison of flotilla membership levels, activity, and qualifications within a district, enabling leadership to identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends and trends within local units. Aggregated activity and qualifications are also computed on a per member basis to provide for "pound for pound" comparisons. Each report is by district, and is presented in tabular format. These reports are available for download here on the M web site for those with Coast Guard Auxiliary login credentials.

Unit Summary Data: Provides a snapshot in time, as of the date of each report, showing for all districts, divisions and flotillas, the number of members, their status and qualifications. These will be uploaded on the first of each month. To allow comparisons of statistics for one date against an older date, each month's report will be maintained on the web page.

Training Management Report (TMR):  This lists members with any of the listed qualifications, and where they stand with that qualification's required training and currency maintenance.
