Reports and Tools:
Trends Reports:
Provide data visualization at the national and district levels, enabling decision-makers to easily view and interpret positive and adverse trends. Sixteen district reports and one national report are produced quarterly. These reports are available for download from this website, restricted to NEXCOM officers and district bridges.

LUCI (Local Unit Charted Information): This Excel-based application provides data visualization at both the division and the flotilla levels. There are five key performance indicators tracked by month, and by year. These indicators are presented in graphical format. LUCI allows users to select up to ten units to view and compare. Monthly updates of each district's LUCI file are available for download here on the M web site for those with Coast Guard Auxiliary login credentials.

Flotilla Analysis:  Allows year-by-year comparison of flotilla membership levels, activity, and qualifications within a district, enabling leadership to identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends and trends within local units. Aggregated activity and qualifications are also computed on a per member basis to provide for "pound for pound" comparisons. Each report is by district, and is presented in tabular format. These reports are available for download here on the M web site for those with Coast Guard Auxiliary login credentials.

District Analysis: Aggregated activity per member, qualifications per district member, and other key performance and resource indicators are presented in graphical format in one brief report. This report is available for download from this web site to NEXCOM officers and district bridges.

Sector Toolbox: Provides an icon-based interface to common AUXINFO queries. Provides a wide range of information on operational performance, operational facilities, and member qualifications.

Mandated Training: These Excel-based reports show a matrix of personnel in each district, and the Mandated Training courses that they have completed. Each district's workbook comes with two worksheets - one sorted in alphabetical name order, and the other with personnel grouped by flotilla. Weekly updates of each district's ManTr file are available for download here on the M web site for those with Coast Guard Auxiliary login credentials.

Mapping: This online application shows three USA maps showing size and locations of flotillas, divisions, and sectors respectively. One may also view USCG units on the same page. One may view selected performance statistics from the past year by clicking on an Auxiliary unit icon. In the case of flotillas and divisions, the unit website will also be shown by clicking on its corresponding icon.
