Reminder to all members: Do not stockpile penalty and official mail stamps.
The Coast Guard has paid for these stamps in the same manner as any individual would pay the Post Office for stamps. Unused stamps are lost money for the Coast Guard. Members who have a supply of penalty stamps that they are not using should return them to the Materials Officer for redistribution to other members. ANSC can adequately supply all orders; therefore, there is no need for a unit or individual to maintain a multi-month supply. We appreciate your cooperation.
