Auxiliary Archive Services Division

The Coast Guard Auxiliary Services Division is a service that allows the organization to perform critical records management and storage of electronic records. The division provides a comprehensive solution for organizing and protecting our business information. From the record creation to archive to eventual disposal the division assists with the management of the entire life cycle of the records, publications, and other data. The system ensures the  records and data are protected yet easily accessible at any given time. The Division Chief and staff offer assistance and advice for the best possible solutions to the management of electronic files within the organization.
