We are the role models for our family, students, coworkers, and other Coast Guardsmen by living the core values and actively practicing the Leadership Competencies both in and out of the classroom.

As instructors and subject matter experts from the AMLOC Branch, we take our influence and responsibility seriously. We will continuously strive for personal growth and improvement.

We are devoted to the entire team and will ensure coworkers and those around us receive encouragement, guidance, and commitment, so together we can continue the superior level of professionalism and instruction, while striving for even higher impact in the areas of leadership development and organizational improvements.
