Commander's Welcome

Welcome to our website for US Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 76 / Swan Island. The USCG Auxiliary is a uniformed, all-volunteer segment of the US Coast Guard and is open to anyone 17 years of age or older. As an Auxiliarist you will have the opportunity to participate in training courses, prepare yourself to support community boater safety, and support virtually every mission performed by active-duty and reserve Coast Guard members aside from law enforcement and direct military action.

We engage in a wide variety of operations on the water and shoreside. Our members work in the galley, assist in radio watchstanding, perform vessel safety checks, teach boating classes, and become involved in public affairs and special events such as the annual Rose Festival. Last but not least, we enjoy fellowship with aur Auxiliary shipmates. Our flotilla meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. I invite you to come to a meeting and see what we do! Please contact our FSO-HR for more details and to inquire about membership.

Semper Paratus!
