D13 Reconstitute (COVID) 

The most important item for any member, vaccinated and non-vaccinated, is that they submit a revised 7101 (Rev 04-22) to the following email address orders@d13cgaux.net . The other item that is changing is the responsibility for obtaining the Assignment to Duty will now be the responsibility of the Flotilla Commander and Vice Flotilla Commander as per the DCO instruction DCOINST I-21030 revision dated 11-4-21.

Form ANSC – 7101 (REV 04-22)

All Auxiliary Members will be required to complete form ANSC – 7101 (REV 04-22).  All other ANSC -7101 forms are obsolete. All Members must have form ANSC – 7101 (REV 04-22) on file with D13 DIRAUX by July 1st 2022, send to orders@d13cgaux.netFailure to have form ANSC – 7101 (REV 04-22) on file with D13 DIRAUX by July 1st 2022 will preclude those members from participating in any U.S. Coast Guard or U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary capacity.
