Vessel Safety Check Decals
Boaters--Please see our Boater VSC Request form to schedule your Vessel Safety Check. When you pass the inspection, the Auxiliarist will provide a vessel safety check decal for your boat, paddle board or personal watercraft.
Vessel Examiners--Please contact your Flotilla Commander (FC) or FSO-VE for VSC decals. FC's will automatically receive decals via mail in December. The number of decals sent is based on the total number of VSC's your unit performed the previous year.
