Vessel Safety Checks
A Vessel Safety Check (VSC) is a courtesy examination of your boat to verify the presence and condition of certain Safety Equipment required by State and the Federal regulations. The Vessel Safety Check is performed at your boat by a certified Vessel Examiner. Boats that pass will be awarded the current Vessel Safety Check decal that alerts the Coast Guard and other law enforcement agencies that your boat was found to be in full compliance with required regulations.
