Our
Commitment to Diversity-- Commitment
to Diversity acknowledges people’s differences and adapting our practices to
create an inclusive environment in which the diverse skills, perspectives and
backgrounds of all Flotilla 6-4 members are valued. Our goal is to foster a
culture of respect with an inclusive environment where all members can succeed
in the activities of their choice. With this in mind, we look for ideas from
everyone with the goal to enhance the quality and outcomes of our various missions,
and to embody the Core Values of the United States Coast Guard: Honor, Respect,
Devotion to Duty.

The National Commodore’s (NACO) Achievement Award received
by Flotilla Monterey in 2016 for 50 years of service. Flotilla
6-4 is now in its 53rd year!
Flotilla Monterey 6-4 also received the 3-Star Diversity
Management Award in 2017, and will submit an application for 2019 as well.
