Calendar See District Calendar...link See District Procedure Guide (above) Prior to August 1st: Dues Statement FSO-FN Prior to September 1st: Dues are payable. The FC and FSO-HR should make every reasonable effort to contact and retain the member. Prior to October 1st: Thirty required days end for Change of Membership Status form notice in which the member completes Section II and may request dis-enrollment, retirement, transfer, or pay dues. October 1st: Change of Membership Status form is sent to DSO-HR.
