Diversity Management is the process of creating and maintaining a positive environment where the differences of all personnel are recognized, understood, and valued so that all can reach their full potential and maximize their contributions to the Coast Guard.

              ¨ HONOR the Auxiliarists’ desire for training and meaningful involvement.
              ¨ RESPECT the volunteer nature of our organization and its unique attributes
              ¨ Recognize and encourage DEVOTION TO DUTY while understanding the diversity of our
             Auxiliarists and their varying abilities to give of their time.
