This is the Registration page for Flotilla 4-2's boater training courses that are presently being offered.

If you are planning on taking a particular training course and wish to register, select the appropriate window for registration (payment). Please

"Boat America" Registration
Boat America is a boating certificate class that offers an in-depth and interesting boating safety course, and provides the
knowledge needed to obtain a boating certificate.
New York State Certification requires 8 hours of instruction followed by an exam. Students receive their boating certificate and card
immediately upon successful completion of the exam. Seats held w/prepayment.
Some insurance companies will also offer discounts on boating insurance to boaters who successfully complete this course.
Boat America classes are presented at different times. At present, the Flotilla offers in-class training either;
- Two consecutive Saturdays, in the morning (9:30 AM – 1:30 PM) for 4 hours on each day.
- The other choice is three consecutive weekdays, in the evening (5:30 PM – 8:30 PM) for 3 hours each day.
