A discrimination-free environment where every member and applicant of the Coast Guard Auxiliary has the opportunity to reach his or her full potential, and believes it is possible to do so without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, educational background, marital status, and disabilities, etc.

Mission Statement

To maximize Coast Guard Auxiliary overall mission effectiveness by leading programs and facilitating practices which foster a discrimination-free environment.
