REPORTING HOURS On 7029 Form

USING 7030 Forms for PUBLIC AFFAIRS EVENTS

Did you attend or are you planning to attend a boat show, an air show or any other mission involving the distribution of materials and speaking with the general public?

These activities are considered Public Affairs events for the Auxiliary and are reported on a 7030 as a mission.

Enter our division/flotilla and the date you attended the show in the upper right.

Section 1: Check the box as a "Unit/Individual" activity

Section 2: Enter your start time and end time. In the mission code box enter "10K"

Section 3: Leave blank

Section 4: Enter your member number and name as the Lead Remarks: Write the name of the show you worked. i.e. Detroit Boat Show At the bottom of the page, enter the date you're submitting the report and your name.

Before submitting, double check your entries. Enter Ray Robert's email address as the recipient: rayr784@aol.com and enter your email address. Clicking Submit will send a copy to you and to Ray for upload into AuxData

On your monthly 7029 form: Under mission description use "Boat Show Prep and Travel" Enter your round trip mileage, Enter your prep and travel time to and from the show in column "99E" Do not include the time you were at the show. You already reported that on your 7030.
