What is Diversity within the Auxiliary?
Diversity is not only about color or race but also includes age, gender, disability, and education. It encompasses diverse skills and accepts all the differences each member may bring when they join the Auxiliary.
Diversity includes:
· The environment we work in
· How we think and how that translates into how we act as a “Team”
· How we value and appreciate those that are unlike ourselves
· Builds an environment of trust
The Central Arkansas Flotilla is made up of a diverse membership serving the boating community. We strive to include all who want to join feel welcome. We see the greatness in each person!
