Twin Peaks Flotilla New Member Training Worksheet
Initial Training
- New Member Class = Initial (4) four hours
- American Boating Safety Auxiliary Version = (8) Eight hours (required to go from AP to BQ status)
- TCT (Team Coordination Training) = (4) Four hours (usually at Division meetings)
- FEMA ICS (Incident Command System 100, 200, 700 & 800) = All available on-line
Advanced Training
- Flotilla Leadership Course = Online @ the National Testing Center (NTC)
- APC (Administrative Procedures Course) = Required for elected offices. On-line @ NTC
- FEMA ICS 210 or 300 = (Requires classroom training)
- Instructor Qualification = On-line @ NTC and sign-off of PQS (Personnel Qualification Standards)
- Vessel Examiner and Program Visitor Qualifications = NTC on-line
- Coxswain/Crew Qualification = Requires classroom, dockside and online
- TCO (Communications) Qualification = On-line and classroom
AUXOP Qualification (Requires 3 core courses) (1) Leadership course, and several elective courses. (may be offered periodically online)
"C" Schools = Your choice (In residence training at Coast Guard facility)
