Members may also receive credit in AuxData for completing other ICS courses by sending a copy of the certificate to Robert Haverfield. Patrol Order Management System (POMS)

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Policy - Provides clear guidance in the issuance and accountability of PPE for CG Auxiliary members within District 8WR.
- PPE Request Form - fill-in form for requesting PPE.
- Unit Excess Inventory Form - fill-in form for recording unit excess inventory.
- Excess PPE Exchange - Excel spreadsheet contains, by division, a list of all excess PPE in the District.

Workshops
TCT (Team Coordination Training) - mandatory - complete by December 31

Operations Workshop - mandatory - complete by 30 June - Your workshop attendance must be documented in AuxData on or before 30 June or you will fall into REWK status and your certification will be suspended.
This means that you will not be able to get orders either as crew or coxswain after 30 June, if you do not take the Operations Workshop by 30 June.
