Incident Command System
Incident Command System (ICS) 100 is applicable to all CG, CG Reserve and Auxiliarists.  It is NIMS compliant.

   ICS 700 (the National Incident Management  System (NIMS) introduction course

Note - Members should notify Robert Haverfield, ADSO-IS when they pass a FEMA course so that he may enter it into the members training record in AuxData.  Forwarding of the passing confirmation e-mail to Robert is sufficient.  His e-mail address is yukon32@mtnhome.com.  DirAux should also be copied.  E-mail information can be found on the DirAux Staff webpage.
 
Members may also receive credit in AuxData for completing other ICS courses by sending a copy of the certificate to Robert Haverfield.  Besides the courses listed above the following ICS courses can currently be entered into AUXDATA - ICS 005, 210, 248, 300, 300 NCG, 305, 310, 320, 339, 341, 346, 346 POS, 347, 347 PQS, 348, 348 PQS, 351, 351 PQS, 358, 400, 408, 410, 430, 430 PQS, 436, 440, 440 PQS, 450, 500, 600 and 620.

Patrol Order Management System (POMS)

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Policy - Provides clear guidance in the issuance and accountability of PPE for CG Auxiliary members within District 8WR.
  • PPE Request Form - fill-in form for requesting PPE.
  • Unit Excess Inventory Form - fill-in form for recording unit excess inventory.
  • Excess PPE Exchange - Excel spreadsheet contains, by division, a list of all excess PPE in the District.

Operations Workshop - mandatory - complete by 30 June - Your workshop attendance must be documented in AuxData on or before 30 June or you will fall into REWK status and your certification will be suspended.
 
This means that you will not be able to get orders either as crew or coxswain after 30 June, if you do not take the Operations Workshop by 30 June.
