After downloading and reading the reference guide, you can complete the final exam by downloading and completing the interactive exam (you must use Adobe Reader 9 or greater). To download the exam, you can right-click on the New Member Exam and save the exam to your desktop. Once the exam is on your desktop, please run the exam, print out the score sheet, then sign, date, and turn it in to the FSO-HR with your application.
