Report danger to navigation and chart discrepancies

 To report missing unmarked navigation hazard or chart discrepancy or correction:

 

- Select "customer Service" along the blue bar.
- Select "Ask a question / Report an error" from the drop-down list.
- Select "Report An Error" tab.
Fill out the form (you can select a point using the map at the right hand side to show the location of the issue or error).
Under "What type of user are you", Select "Government" and then use the drop down list to select U.S. Coast Guard.
In the description field, add our AUX ID Flotilla 3-6 Eastern Shores
