1. Due to an excess inventory of some uniform items at the Coast Guard
Uniform Distribution Center (UDC), the Auxiliary National Supply Center (ANSC)
is now able to offer the following free uniform items to Auxiliarists.
See types and sizes below:
a. Pleated Female Dress Slacks
(S = Small / R = Regular / L = Large)
Junior sizes: 4R / 6R / 8S / 8R / 8L / 10S / 10L / 12S / 18L
Misses sizes: 4S / 4R / 6S / 8S / 10S / 10R / 12S / 12L / 14S
Women’s sizes: 6S / 6R / 10R / 10L / 12S / 12R / 12L
b. Operational Dress Uniform
(ODU) coats and trousers
(ES = Extra Short / EES = Extra Extra Short / EL = Extra Long / L = Long / R =
Regular)
Coats: 32ES / 32L /
34EES / 34ES / 38EES / 40EES / 44ES / 45R / 45EL
Trousers: Waist 27in x Inseam 33in x
35.5in (Extra-small Long)
Waist 43in x Inseam 35.5in x 38.5in (XXX-Large, X-Long)
c. Sweat
Pants: Large size only (dark
blue cotton material / no markings;
Note – these are not Auxiliary uniform items, but are available for Auxiliary
order)
2. Orders will be filled on a first-come/first-served basis and must be
submitted to ANSC through either the Flotilla Commander (FC) or Flotilla Staff
Officer for Materials (FSO-MA) using an Excess Uniform Requisition form (the
form lists approximate on-hand stock amounts). The form can be obtained
under the Free Excess Uniform tab of the Auxiliary Human Resources web site: https://wow.uscgaux.info/content.php?unit=h-dept
3. Individual Auxiliarists are limited to ordering one of each of the
four uniform items listed above (e.g., one pair of pleated female dress slacks
+ one ODU coat + one ODU trouser + one pair of sweat pants).
4. There is no cost for shipping. Flotillas are encouraged to
consolidate individual orders.
5. Returns are not allowed.
