If the Auxiliary is something you could commit to – Contact the Flotilla 84 Human Resources Officer (FSO-HR), who will answer your specific questions and tell you more about what we do.  Below are the two ways you can begin the process.

Contact Us:  flotilla84srq@gmail.com - 941-404-8251

OR - Submit a request for us to contact you:  join.cgaux.org/join

You will go through one or more interviews to find out whether the Auxiliary is the right organization for you and whether you are a fit for us.  At that point, you need to complete the Enrollment process which consists of the following steps:

  1. Download the Enrollment Application, fill it out (EXCEPT SSN), and send to our FSO-HR for verification. Please follow the enrollment process (as provided by the FSO-HR).
  2. Download and study the “New Member Handbook” and the New Member Reference Guide.
  3. Take the new member test by downloading the “New Member Answer Sheet”, and answer the questions in the New Member Test (as provided by the FSO-HR).
  4. Your HR Officer will submit the following information to your Flotilla Commander for verification:
  • Your new member answer sheet
  • Photo and citizenship verification
  • "New Member ID Form"
  • Complete the Consent to Membership form and pay the membership fee for the current year

  • Your completed application with your SSN and sign it using BLUE INK

Your application will be submitted to the Security Liaison (DDSL) who will send it to Miami for processing.

You usually receive your member number within about 30 days. That will be your Base Enrollment Date (BED). Once you have received that, you are in AP status (Application Pending) and will be able to begin the next phase of your journey, the
“Onboarding Process.”
