Above is the link to the FEMA IS-700A page, 2014 version. From here you can go the the "Downloads for Classroom" link or you can take the exam. Unlike the IS-100B page, in this "Downloads for Classroom" area you can download a COMPLETE Student Manual. Saving that manual on your computer as a PDF gives you quick access when you are taking the exam.
After you complete the exam your certificate will be made available. That process is determined by FEMA so I will not attempt the describe it here. Once you obtain and save the PDF file that is your certificate, send a copy to the FSO-MT so that it can be forwarded to DIRAUX and entered in your training record.. Sending the PDF file as an Email attachment is the preferred method. This allows the file to be forwarded quickly and easily with no printing or scanning required.
