Above is the link to the FEMA IS-100B page, 2013 version. From here you can select the "Downloads for Classroom" link or you can take the exam. It is unfortunate that one can not download a COMPLETE Student Manual. It is only available is seven parts in the "Download for the Classroom' area.
The link below will allow you to download a complete 2010 version of the student manual. This is not a FEMA site. After the document opens, it can be saved on your computer as a PDF file. Saving the manual as a PDF gives you quick access when you are taking the exam.

After you complete the exam your certificate will be made available. That process is determined by FEMA so I will not attempt the describe it here. Once you obtain and save the PDF file that is your certificate, send a copy to the FSO-MT so that it can be forwarded to DIRAUX and entered in your training record. Sending the PDF file as an Email attachment is the preferred method. This allows the file to be forwarded quickly and easily with no printing or scanning required.
