FLOTILLA MEMBERS AT OCEAN VIEW COPS & GOBLINS FESTIVAL ON 26 OCTOBER 2019

MARITIME DAY AT LEWES FERRY TERMINAL, 12 MAY 2018

The port side of DELRIVER, with a black hull and white superstructure and boom, faces to the left of the photo, and the dock with its canopied exhibit areas is to the right 

DELRIVER docked at the Lewes Ferry Terminal for public tours on Maritime Day. She is 166 feet, 425 tons, and is part of the oil response fleet of the Delaware Bay and River Cooperative.

This boater and his companion underwent a long struggle pushing and pulling his grounded boat off a shoal in Indian River Bay on Saturday, 11 July 2015, while Bob Adams, Doc Deiss, and Bruce White stood by during a safety patrol

 

 

4TH OF JULY 2015 FIREWORKS AT DEWEY BEACH

 

Bob Adams, Dave Ritondo, Jerry Roderick, and Bruce White enjoyed a water-side view of the fireworks set off from a barge at Dewey Beach during their patrol that night. The same crew completed their mandatory night ops training three nights earlier.

BRUCE AND BARBARA WHITE RETRIEVE TRASH FROM THE BURTON ISLAND TRAIL

Barbara (at left) and Bruce White (in civilian clothers) stand at the kiosk at the entrance to the Burton Island Trail. Barb is holding a cloth bag fuill of trash and Bruce has the section of fiberglass in front of him, whiich comes up to his waist.
 

On a mild Sunday afternoon (23 February) at the Flotilla's adopted Burton Island Trail, Bruce and Barbara retrieved bottles, cans, and miscellaneous trash as well as a large piece of fiberglass. Burton Island is at the northernmost end of the Indian River Inlet Marina, and is one of the Flotilla's Adopt A Highway sites arranged by Dave Ritondo.
