Our very own Flotilla member, Victor Lubarski who has been accepted to the Coast Guard College Student Pre-Commissioning Initiative Program (CSPI) just took his oath and will be headed on 11 June to USCG boot camp at Cape May, New Jersey.

Victor has been an active member of the detachment and flotilla who participate in several successful events and helped other John Jay students along the way.  This is an important personal achievement.  Bravo Zulu to Victor as he embarks on the next leg of the journey at Cape May, NJ.
