Be Part of the Action that Helps Save Lives !

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary needs good men and women like you.  As a member of the Auxiliary, you will have the opportunity to select and participate in one or more of the Auxiliary's major programs.  If you feel strongly about the reward of serving your community, then the Coast Guard Auxiliary is the right place for you!

Your Reward

As a volunteer, mere coin cannot begin to compensate the Auxiliarist! Instead, the dedicated men and women of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary are rewarded with:

Honor - Absolute integrity is our standard. An Auxiliary member demonstrates honor in all things -- we do the right thing, because it is the right thing to do -- all the time.

Respect - We value the dignity of every human being. Whether someone is a person in need, or a fellow Auxiliary member, we treat each everyone with fairness and respect.

Devotion to Duty - Dedication to the role of maritime safety and security.

A Coast Guard member is dedicated to five maritime security roles: Maritime Safety (Search and Rescue), Maritime Security; Protection of Natural Resources; Maritime Mobility (Waterways Transportation); and National Defense -- we are loyal and accountable to the public trust, and we welcome the responsibility.
